About Eric

Eric believes that everybody has greatness inside of them but sometimes it needs coaxing out of them, while other times it needs to be dragged out kicking and screaming until people realise what they can become and achieve! In his own words he describes himself as “One of life’s encouragers who believes that we should all have dreams and aspirations, but my encouragement comes in the form of people taking action. Dreams only turn into reality when we defeat issues like fear, procrastination, excuses, negative self-talk and of course the dream stealers.”

At the age of 24 Eric read the book “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. He maintains that this book was in a large way to change his life journey. He believed in the concept that if you first served others you in turn would serve yourself. At that time, he worked in a job where he was making a more than a considerable income for a 24 year old. But there was one problem, Eric hated his job. It took about a year before he came across what he saw as the opportunity change the direction of his working career and ultimately his whole life in line with what he had read. He started at the bottom, worked hard and went on a journey of personal development, learning from some amazing individuals. Over the past 40 years he has successfully held positions of Sales Director, UK Managing Director and ultimately for over 17 years European Managing Director and Chairman leading that particular Company from a small turnover but large loss-making concern to becoming a very profitable multi million business. 

Living in the UK, Eric has travelled and worked successfully with individuals, groups and companies all over Europe, North and South America as well as Northern Africa. He has on many occasions positively turned around the fortunes of businesses by demonstrating sound business practice, his dynamic and powerful communication style and his outstanding ability to develop groups and individuals to higher levels of achievement.
